And, while that is technically true, it just doesn't work with my Quinny. It is really top heavy and I had to zip tie the toy on. Even then it was too bulky and still slipped. I'm not entirely sure how only 2 velcro straps are going to hold this toy onto any stroller with how heavy it is unles your stroller bar is less cylindrical and more flat...
