(More customer reviews)I am a first time mom and wanted to make sure when it came to all my baby gear purchases that they were the safest on the market. So when it came time to pick an infant carseat it was a close race between The First Years Via and Britax Chaperone. After months of research I decided to go for the Via because of its 5 star NHTA rating, weight, simple but stylish fabric, and fair price. When it arrived in the mail I was so excited to see that it was everything I expected and then some. It has this great feature where if you take your child to daycare there are slots on the handle where you can list your contact info or a picture of your child to prevent his or her infant seat from being mixed up with another child's. To ALL you moms out there the last thing I must say I LOVE about this infant carseat is the fact that my husband cant stop thanking me for picking a seat that is light weight, easily removable from base(only takes one hand), and doesnt have a wild fabric design pattern. Lets face it the more our significant others like it the more they are willing to help.;)
